Meet our vibrant USA team and find out more about this friendly bunch who are passionate about golf and travel, and the service they deliver to you…
CEO of Golfbreaks.com USA
Born in Mumbai, brought up in the UK, and now live in Charleston, South Carolina. Whilst at University I heard about a summer job in USA and ended up working for that company for 10 years! This is where I met my wife Nancy (from Maryland) and we have 3 young children (Scarlett, Joe and Ben). I am one of the founding Directors of Golfbreaks.com and moved to Charleston in April 2013 to set up our North American business.
I love many sports, particularly golf, cricket, rugby and soccer (Ipswich Town is my team…have you heard of them?). Traveling is also a real passion of mine, with a special soft spot for the country of my birth…India! After graduating from University I took a trip to the Himalayas and hiked up to the Everest Base Camp.
There are so many! It would have to be the Ocean Course at Kiawah and Ballyliffin, at the northern tip of Ireland. I LOVE links golf!
I joined Andrew Stanley back in 1999 from the software industry to create what is now Golfbreaks.com. Since then I have worked in numerous areas of the business, including starting up Teeofftimes.co.uk, the development of Golfshake.com and mobile strategy. More recently I was a key member of the launch team for Golfbreaks.com USA and am now enjoying the challenge of letting every golfer in the USA and worldwide know about the Golfbreaks.com service!
I enjoy sailing and surfing, I’m happiest playing links golf after a morning surf.

COO Golfbreaks.com USA
I was born in Surrey in the South East of England, however due to my mother being from Germany I learnt to speak German at a very early age and am fortunate now to be bilingual. I lived and worked in Germany in my mid 20’s, however 6 months in I met my now wife on a trip back to the UK and she persuaded me to come home! That was 15 years ago and I am now very happily married with 4 young children (Luke, Tom, Jake and Lucie). I joined Golfbreaks.com in 2003 and have worked my way through the business, I have really enjoyed watching the company grow and thrive to the international business it now is.
I have jumped out of a plane 5 times and am still here to tell the tale! I love soccer and am somehow still foolish enough at every tournament to believe that England actually have a chance to win, I have blind faith! I have a real passion for golf and even with my 4 children I do my best to make sure that I get out once a weekend- I play off a 12 handicap, with the short game of a 24 handicapper!
Director of Product USA
I’ve played golf since I can remember, as an amateur I got to a handicap of plus 1 which I held consistently before turning professional and completing my PGA qualification. I studied Management at Hull University and graduated with a 2.1 degree back in the summer of 2000. My career has always been involved in golf and I now have over ten years’ experience in golf hospitality and tourism. I joined Golfbreaks.com in 2011 following five years in senior sales and golf operational positions at The Belfry Resort in the UK, host to 4 Ryder Cups.To date my time at Golfbreaks.com has been focused on the product development of our mid and long haul destinations (departing from the UK) along with directing our Golf Pro Travel department. I’m now very excited to grow the Golfbreaks.com name across the US as we promote our service to the American golf market.
I’m an all-round sports fan although golf remains my favourite. My best score in competition is 63 (8 under) not bad when I was 2 over par after three holes!
Senior Golf Vacation Specialist
I joined Golfbreaks.com back in 2010 having graduated from the University of the Highlands & Islands where I studied Golf Management. During that time I was fortunate enough to see the vast majority of what Scotland has to offer in terms of its golf and was a member of Royal Dornoch and Tain Golf Club. Initially I was a Golf Vacation Specialist for destinations such as Cyprus, Turkey and Morocco before joining our US team. My knowledge of UK and Irish golf is extensive and I moved to San Francisco in March 2016 as our west coast representative.
My hobbies and interests outside of golf all revolve around sports and the outdoors; in particular hiking / climbing, football, cricket and badminton.
It has to be Kingsbarns Golf Links, St Andrews
Golf Vacation Specialist
Having only started playing at the age of 15, my passion and love for the game grew quite quickly. As an amateur, I played competitively all across the US, and yearned to one day find myself working in the golfing industry. Born and raised in Connecticut, I now call the wonderful city of Charleston, SC home, having relocated here for university seven years ago. At the College of Charleston, I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, and was heavily involved in the founding of a local non-profit. Despite being new to Golfbreaks.com USA, it’s an honor and a privilege to be a part of this growth opportunity, and I’m excited to help bring our services to the American golfing public.
I’m an outdoorsman at heart, and when I’m not playing golf, I can be found either in the woods hiking or at the beach surfing. I am an avid sports fan - with a particular interest in hockey and soccer - and spend a portion of my free time reading, writing, or drawing (or any combination of the three). As for a fun fact… I’ve had two holes in one, one on a par three and the other on a par four!
I’ve been incredibly fortunate to play some of the courses I have, but The Quail Hollow Club in Charlotte, NC is my favorite course, with the Ocean Course at Kiawah Island a close second.
Golf Vacation Specialist
I picked up golfing at the age of 18, and I am still trying to master the truly testing sport. Over the years my passion and interest for golf continues to grow every day. Born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska, I just recently relocated to Charleston, SC at the start of 2016. Previous to my move, I worked as a Personal Banker at a local community bank in Lincoln. I knew after leaving the banking profession I wanted something new, and I am very lucky to have become a part of Golfbreaks.com USA. I am very excited to grow the Golfbreaks.com name, and help the US golfers play on some of the top courses in the world.
I attended Peru State College, an NAIA Division 1 School where I played Men’s Basketball for 3 years, and received my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. All of my interests involve sports, friends and my family, if I am with the right people, anything is fun in my book. My move to Charleston was to be with my girlfriend while she attends the Medical University of South Carolina College of Dental Medicine. We have a little dog named Bentley, and he is the center of everything we do.
Without a doubt the Bayside Golf Course in Ogallala, NE.
